Breach of Contract / Construction of Residential Apartments  – Damages to owner of residential apartment development from contractor’s alleged negligence in fully removing preexisting underground foundations during site preparation.  Quantification of damages from delay, remediation, disruption, increased material costs and unabsorbed overhead as well as lost profits from delay in leasing apartment units.  

Engineering Errors and Omissions / Power Generation – Advisory services involving post-construction evaluation of cost recovery probability to a general contractor regarding engineer’s errors and omissions in its design for an 800 MW combined cycle power plant in Ashkelon, Israel.  

Delay Claims / Change Order Claims / Oil & Gas – Dispute resolution services for a major Middle East owner involved reconstruction of project attributes from initial schedule disruption through last known delay beyond contractor control for negotiation of amendments to critical milestones for Bulk Plant, Mooring Boat, NGL Recovery, Offshore GOSP and Government Built School projects.
