Mr. Smith is a Director in the Energy, Construction, and Insurance Dispute Advisory practices providing expert witness and litigation support services.  He has extensive experience in the analysis of construction claims and dispute resolution in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Infrastructure capital projects.  Mr. Smith brings well-founded project controls experience on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Infrastructure projects, from the conceptual and pre-planning stage through startup, commissioning and close-out.    Over the course of his career as a project controls consultant and scheduling engineer, Mr. Smith has managed and overseen project controls for Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCm projects, and has been responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and bid proposals cost estimating.
