David Garrett is Operations and Research Director at Lumen. He has more than twenty years’ experience in project management and litigation support in consulting, industry and academic sectors. Over his career as an information technology and litigation support project manager, he has overseen the development and implementation of complex enterprise resource planning information systems and litigation support projects. 

Mr. Garrett previously served for five years on Enron Corporation’s post-bankruptcy litigation support team. Prior to several pre-bankruptcy project management positions in the retail energy, broadband, and trading divisions of Enron, he was assistant to the director of the Computational Mathematics Laboratory at Rice University.  Mr. Garrett is a graduate of Rice University.
