Mr. James consults with clients on the management of the EPC process for a wide range of capital projects and supports litigation involving construction disputes.
A career building power, refining and petrochemical facilities and municipal projects on domestic and international jobsites for global engineering and construction contractors has provided Bob with a unique capability to address the capital project management process. Advisory service categories include M&A due diligence, troubled project recovery, project risk, construction health and safety compliance, industrial equipment procurement, defense of proprietary engineering, engineering errors and omissions, the contractor selection process, and contract claim preparation and resolution.
Mr. James holds professional engineering registration in three states and certification as a general contractor and forensic litigation consultant. He is a member of several professional associations and societies and a past adjunct professor of construction management.
