Mr. Boudousquié is a Managing Director of Lumen with decades of experience providing accounting, audit, tax, management consulting and financial and economic analysis services to clients in a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, banking and financial services, retail, construction, and real estate. Mr. Boudousquié has extensive expertise as a forensic accountant and as a valuation and financial damages analyst in cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business interruption, construction delay claims, IP infringement, employment disputes, accounting and financial reporting fraud, bankruptcy, professional liability and accounting malpractice.
Based on his experience in public accounting Mr. Boudousquié brings expertise in evaluation of complex accounting, auditing and financial reporting issues, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), fund accounting and Governmental Accounting Standards (GAS), and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Over the course of his career he has led a variety of complex forensic accounting investigations including critical assignments relating to the analysis of complex financing structures, financial statement disclosures, accounting for complex derivatives, mark-to-market accounting, and consolidation of special purpose entities (SPEs).
