Mr. Terris is a Managing Consultant in the Energy, Construction, and Insurance Dispute Advisory practices providing expert witness and litigation support services.  Mr. Terris’ areas of expertise encompass multiple sectors of the oil and gas industry (midstream, gas processing and NGL recovery, refining, and petrochemicals), with a focus on capital project delivery, facilities operations, and plant process.  He has held executive and leadership positions in project management for more than 25 years, having developed and led international and domestic project management and operations organizations through numerous projects from the conceptual design stage through project start-up and operation. Mr. Terris’ megaproject experience includes four major refineries and the central processing facility for the world’s largest single crude increment by a leading global energy company.  Mr. Terris holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and New Jersey.
