Mr. Reynolds is a Director in the Energy, Construction, and Insurance Dispute Advisory practice providing expert witness and litigation support services. He has more than 34 years of engineering and construction management experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) process, from the project development and feasibility phase through design, construction, commissioning and closure. Mr. Reynolds has managed a wide range of global capital projects and programs.  Over the course of his career, he has also consulted on a variety of troubled projects, greenfield ventures, and turnaround/retrofits. Mr. Reynolds’ industry sector experience encompasses downstream refining and petrochemical, energy generation, and infrastructure, with specialties including operations of engineering and construction entities, contract administration, health, safety and environmental performance, project controls, quality implementation, and project delivery methods.
